Come and enjoy unforgettable holidays in our fantastic chalet in Arenal! This villa is located in a quiet and residential area, just 5 minutes from the island's top tourist spot. Here you will find the ideal combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure areas and everything necessary to spend ideal holidays.
The exterior of the house features a swimming pool and a garden area with sun loungers to enjoy the sun, as well as a furnished area to enjoy a good barbecue. The interior of the villa is equipped with a large and bright room with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs, surrounded by delicate decor. There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa has 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms, allowing accommodation for up to 12 guests with total comfort.
Moreover, it is equipped with specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of competition bicycles, as well as a complete mechanical workshop at its disposal.
Public transport: within 500 metres you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 from TIB. Our recommendation for going to the city centre is line 25, which will drop you off in a very central area of Palma in just 15 minutes.

Wir waren mit 12 Personen vom 24.02.18 bis 4.03.18 in dieser Villa. Die Lage ist mehr als genial. Es gibt alles Bäcker, Supermarkt, Busanbindung nach Palma, Restaurants, Bars, Caffes alles in nächster Umgebung. Die Ausstattung des Wohnbereichs ist etsee more
Wir waren mit 12 Personen vom 24.02.18 bis 4.03.18 in dieser Villa. Die Lage ist mehr als genial. Es gibt alles Bäcker, Supermarkt, Busanbindung nach Palma, Restaurants, Bars, Caffes alles in nächster Umgebung. Die Ausstattung des Wohnbereichs ist etwas sehr mager. Keine Sets oder Tischdecken, Leerer Wohnzimmerschrank und ein paar Polster auf den harten Holzstühlen waren kein Luxus. Und die total trübe Fensterfront hätte man nach dem Winter schon putzen können. Die Küche ist schön groß und für 12 Personen eingerichtet. Super Kühlschrank...Speise, Herd mit Ofen und zwei Kaffee Maschinen echt super.. Leider waren wir wohl die ersten, Fernseher ging nicht und einige Küchendinge wie Feuerzeug, Reiniger für Geschirrspüler, Holzbretter, Schüsseln und Eierbecher z.b. fehlten. Je nach Anreise kann man es ja auch nicht gleich reklamieren oder besorgen war aber weiter nicht schlimm. Die Mitarbeiter von Home Villas waren sehr freundlich und haben alles sofort geregelt. Die Außen Anlage war nicht gepflegt. Alles vermost, die Liegen total verschimmelt, sind wohl immer im Freien. Der Pool war gereinigt und in Betrieb. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung, ein Fön, immer heisses Wasser und ein erstaunlicher Wasserdruck. Viel Ablage Möglichkeiten und genügend Handtücher. Wirlpool nicht in Betrieb, Dampfbad geht auch nicht. War aber nicht tragisch. Handtücher für Liegen auch da. Aber diese Betten, alles nur Gestell Betten teils gebrochen am Holz oder am Metallrahmen verbogen. Teils sehr dünne Matratzen, quietschen schrecklich ... Etwas fremdlich finde ich die Kautionsregelung, man gibt Bargeld ab und ohne Hausabnahme wird dann nach 7 Tagen das Geld überwiesen. Hab ich so noch nie erlebt.... Die Aufteilung und Größe der Zimmer , über drei Etagen und teilweise eigenem Eingang ist Perfekt. Nur ein Doppelzimmer hat keine Toiletten und Bad Möglichkeit. Für mehrere Personen ein perfekt aufgeteiltes Haus mit Super Lage
