The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. If you are travelling with bicycles, the property also offers a fully equipped mechanical workshop for bike maintenance and tuning.

The villa itself is pretty nice. My main issues were that the rooms are not well ventilated. The listing claims the place is air conditioned but in reality this only applies to the living room and one of the bedrooms. The rest have very weak fans thasee more

The rest have very weak fans that make little difference and 3 bedrooms on ground floor have a damp smell. Other than that the villa itself is pretty good a little smaller than the photos show but very convenient for the beach and centre of arenal. Portic themselves were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very easy. Great for travelling as a group and would be even better if they can fix those ventilation issues.

We took 6 adults, 3 kids between 4 and 9 and two babies and everything was perfect for all ages really. It’s in a peaceful location but the kids had plenty of fun and only a taxi ride to some great attractions too. The team were always there to support us via -Hidden by Airbnb- throughout the weak, even dropping off some extra beds and high chairs despite it being a bank holiday. Overall cannot thank the hosts enough. Would highly recommend

But nevertheless it didn't impair our stay that much, so I would defintely recommend this villa.

Casa completa bien ubicada. Le faltaría poder acceder con vehículos ya qué hay momentos de día que se dificulta aparcar en la calle. También los vecinos son muy sensibles a los ruidos, hasta se quejan por jugar al Ping-Pong a las 18:30hs.

De locatie was top. supermarkt letterlijk naast de villa. En op onze vertrek dag werd er ook nog een pinautomaat bij de supermarkt gezet. Ook nog een grote supermarkt op 5 min loop afstand. Voor de strip hoefde je alleen maar t heuveltje naar benedensee more
De locatie was top. supermarkt letterlijk naast de villa. En op onze vertrek dag werd er ook nog een pinautomaat bij de supermarkt gezet. Ook nog een grote supermarkt op 5 min loop afstand. Voor de strip hoefde je alleen maar t heuveltje naar beneden af te lopen en je was er. Bij binnen komst was er nog een groot team met schoonmakers aan het werk en dat kon je zien & ruiken Super Er zijn 2 airco’s in de villa, woonkamer en masterbedroom. Hier zagen wij tegen op ivm de warmte die week. Bij aankomst zagen we op elke kamer een waaier en zo was dit ook geen probleem meer.

Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, in der Küche muss man sich lediglich Alternativen für Dinge wie Müslischalen oder Weingläser suchen, was aber ja gut machbar ist. Die Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und der Service waren sehr gut, nur die Betten waren leider etwas unbequem. Die Nachtruhe sollte eingehalten werden, da man sonst eventuell Probleme mit den direkten Nachbarn bekommen könnte.

Gefallen hat uns am besten die perfekte Lage. Man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten Fußweg am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar zu erreichen. Die Villa macht einen Tollen Gesamteindruck.

Wir waren über Sylvester dort,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Haus liegt perfekt ca 500 m zum Strand und Bierkönig. Nicht gut war der Service beim Einchecken und auschecken.Heizung war nicht an mußten das nachher selber herausfinden warum die Heizung nicsee more

MfG Konnten die Zählersstände nicht ablesen beim auschecken da keiner gekommen ist. Bis jetzt auch die Kaution nicht zurück erhalten was eigentlich nach einer Woche versprochen war. Auch keine Antwort von HomeAway erhalten

Alles war super, sehr netter Kontakt. Die Villa war auch so wie auf den Bildern, die Lage ist recht Zentral und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber und ein großer ca. 500 m entfernt. Wir waren 12 Leute und es war ausreichend Platz vorhanden. see more

Ich war diesen Sommer zu 9. mit Freunden für eine Woche in dieser Villa. Für uns wars ideal, wir hatten viel Platz und die Einrichtung war sehr schön, ich würde allerdings mehr Klimaanlagen bevorzugen bzw. dass jeder in seinem Zimmer eine nutzen kannsee more
Ich war diesen Sommer zu 9. mit Freunden für eine Woche in dieser Villa. Für uns wars ideal, wir hatten viel Platz und die Einrichtung war sehr schön, ich würde allerdings mehr Klimaanlagen bevorzugen bzw. dass jeder in seinem Zimmer eine nutzen kann. Man konnte von hier aus alles super zu Fuß erreichen, den Strand bzw. Ballermann und alles was dazu gehört, sämtliche Lokale/Restaurants sowie Supermärkte. Für unseren "Partyurlaub" wars einfach perfekt - Ebenfalls war mir die Vermieterin eine große Unterstützung, ich habe alle nötigen Informationen bekommen und konnte ihr jederzeit schreiben wenn ich Fragen hatte
