The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and the separate annex studio adds 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, perfect for extra privacy. The living room with fireplace, spacious dining area, and fully equipped kitchen make cooking and sharing meals a pleasure. The villa also offers Wi-Fi and a safe.
Outside, you will find a private pool with sun loungers, a terrace with furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sun, outdoor dinners, or simply relax. For cyclists, there is a fully equipped workshop for bike maintenance and repairs.
Convenient location: 10 min from the airport and 15 min from Palma city center, close to restaurants, leisure, and the beach.

The house is very close to the boulevard, the beach and the supermarket. We were able to walk everywhere. We also really enjoyed the pool, which is not that big, but just big enough.
