Here you will find the perfect combination of beaches, promenades, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. This beautiful property is only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma.

    Inside the villa, you will find 6 comfortable bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms, which can accommodate 12 guests very comfortably. The interior of the villa has a bright living room with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs, as well as a delicate decoration. Here you can watch television or simply pass the time in the company of a good book. Next to the living room, you will find the spacious dining room fully equipped, as well as the large kitchen with all the comforts for your enjoyment. In addition, the property has internet connection.

    Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy the sun and outdoor furniture always ready to enjoy delicious meats cooked on the barbecue with a glass of wine, every summer evening will be a pleasure in the company of family and friends.

    This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.
    Public transport: Less than 250 metres away you will find the stops of the bus lines 23 and 520, with the latter you will be in the centre of Palma in only 25 minutes. At 9 minutes walking distance you will find the Club Nautico stop where the following lines pass: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51.

Only 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the centre of Palma.
      The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a small studio annex with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom, for a total of 12 guests. The interior of the villa is bright and cosy, with a large living room with a fireplace and comfortable chairs, all surrounded by a very delicate decoration. The dining room is the perfect place to enjoy delicious dishes with a Mediterranean flavour cooked in the fully equipped kitchen.     From the start, contacting the organisation was easy, and replies were very quick, friendly and helpful.

    Arrival was excellent, the airport transfer was arranged for us and this was all okay. At the villa, a few beers were already ready for us free of charge, and everything was very clean.

    The rest of the stay was very nice, the pool is not big enough for real swimming, but for us as a group of friends it was perfect to cool off during the hot summer days. Furthermore, everything is very close, maximum 5 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and cafés/clubs.

    Again during departure, the taxi was on time and big enough. After some basic cleaning of the villa, the rest was arranged by portic villas, and within a few days we received our complete deposit back, excluding any use of extras (Like the big watercooler, very nice!). Overall, I would recommend this villa to any group of friends looking for a good time in Mallorca, but it also seems very nice for families.

    Only downside is that the villa has no airconditioning, but by keeping the windows open at night, and everything closed during the day, it was manageable, even during some very hote summer days.

First of all we would love to thank the Portic Villas staff for their attention and support during all the process as the communication was very fluent and easy-going. The property was fabulous for a group of 10 people - all as described. The bedrooms feature twin double beds than can be put together to do a double king size bed. Furniture, sofas, smart TV, the kitchen was fully equiped - all the items were brand new. We had a lovely temperature about 15-20ºC that lead us to great times outdoor on the terrace and we loved the BBQ The agency provided linen and towels which was very nice. We would love to come back again as we would surely love to stay by the pool next time.

    We spent a weekend at Villa Son Veri Miramar. The location is absolutely wonderful, close to s'Arenal beach, boulevard and just five minutes from the nearest supermarket. The house is fully equipped with brand new furniture, decoration and utensils.

    The villa met all our expectations. The location is very good, you are a 5-10 minute walk from the strip. It is a handy house for large groups of young people who are going to step into El Arenal. Furthermore, communication with the owner was very good.

It couldn’t be much cleaner and is was very large with nice places to hangout outside. The service was also very good en we had good contact with the people from portic villas.     Rummeligt hus med god rolig beliggenhed kun 600 meter fra stranden. Fungerer rigtig godt at være to familier afsted. Naboens hund er gø’er dog rigtig meget.

    Het is een leuke villa en contact met de verhuurder is goed. De villa ligt op 10 minuten loopafstand van het uitgaansgebied. Het enigste nadeel is dat je de hele dag geen muziek mag draaien en ook niet op normaal niveau, want dan belt de buurvrouw de politie of de politie komt zelf naar je toe. ‘S nachts mag je ook niet buiten zitten met elkaar praten, want dan komt ook de politie. Berg daarnaast je spullen goed op, want bij ons zijn 2 JBL boxen gestolen en parfum. Verder is het een villa met alles wat je nodigt hebt.

    Erg mooie villa op 10 min loopafstand naar de strip. Topverblijf gehad. De buurvrouw belt alleen de politie al bij een klein jbl-boxje die aan staat en er is geen airco. Alsnog hele leuke villa voor mooi prijsje.
