Fantastic villa located in Son Veri, a quiet urbanization just 300 meters walk from the Club Nautic S'Arenal and 5 minutes from the extensive beach of Palma, the tourist point par excellence of the island, here is the ideal combination of beaches, Walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday. The property is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma.
This large villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which allows 6 guests to be accommodated in total comfort. In the interior of the chalet we find a large and bright living room with fireplace and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch TV or just spend time in the company of a good book. In the dining room you can taste delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen that you have at your disposal. The property also has internet connection and all the amenities for your enjoyment.
Outside there is a swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun and also outdoor furniture always ready to enjoy delicious meats made on the barbecue accompanied with a good glass of wine, every summer afternoon will be a pleasure surrounded by family and friends.
Public transport: There is a bus stop (line 23 and 520) less than 250 meters from the house, from there with line 520 Palma city center is just 25 minutes journey. A 9 minute walk is the Yacht Club you will find the following lines: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51.

All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. Although it does not have heating, the air conditioners have a heat pump for the winter.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

This property is ideal just for young groups of friends who would enjoy the party and the nightlife of this area. Located right next to the Bierkönig – Schinkenstraße, the widely known beer bar of s’Arenal. Located just 3 minutes away from the beach by walking and also from all the leisure area where you could find lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pubs…
The cozy house is located on a plot of 540m2 where you can enjoy the pool, barbecue and relax in the sun. Distributed in 110m2 of construction, the property features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, allowing us to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Upon entering the property you will find a comfortable and bright room with a fully equipped American kitchen where to prepare delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor.
Outside by the pool you will have furniture at your disposal to relax or just to share some snacks in the barbecue area overlooking the garden.
An ideal place for the groups who wants to have fun and party.
It is NOT a property where you can rest at night due to its unbeatable location in the heart of the Arenal party area. FAMILIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Public transport: There is a bus stop (15, 21 -Airport- and 25) less than 100 meters from the house. From there with line 25 Palma city center is just a 15 minute journey.

We had an amazing stay. Location is so quiet, yet a few minutes walk to the huge sandy strip of Playa de Palma. Beautiful peaceful beach just 3 mins walk away. Not sure I can fault the villa? The place was super clean and had everything we could wantsee more

The place was super clean and had everything we could want, including utensils, pans, salt pepper etc. Bedrooms are behind a couple of doors so one can enjoy cooking and talking in the lounge while kids sleep - really enjoyed our stay. Portic Villas who manage the villa were amazing. All information was sent quickly and any questions were answered almost immediately. I do hope we get chance to rent from them again,to stay in this villa again Thanks

Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is super en de airco hebben we goed gebruik van gemaakt. Let op bij veel gebruik van de airco kunnen er nog extra kosten in rekening gebracht worden. Het huis ligt in een woonwijk maar de strip is see more

We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de transfer service en die was top geregeld. De communicatie met de verhuurder was top en ze reageren snel op vragen! Het enige min puntje is dat er maar vier bedjes zijn bij het zwembad en dat de föhn niet optimaal werkt. Al met al hebben we een super verblijf gehad bedankt!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, bietet ausreichend Platz und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert.
