An unbeatable location for groups looking for fun, atmosphere and nightlife, with bars, nightclubs, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach just a few steps away. In just 3 minutes walking, you can reach the beach.
The property is located on a private plot of 540 m², ideal for enjoying the day with friends, relaxing in the private pool, sunbathing or sharing meals in the barbecue area before going out at night.
The property has 110 m² built, distributed across four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The interior offers a comfortable and bright space with a living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and gathering before starting the night.
In the exterior, next to the swimming pool, there is garden furniture to relax, eat or have something with views of the garden.
Important information: the accommodation is located right in the centre of the party zone of s'Arenal, so it is not suitable for resting at night. Only young groups are accepted. Families are not accepted.
Public transport: bus stop within 100 metres (lines 15, 21 - Airport - and 25). With line 25, you can reach the centre of Palma in approximately 15 minutes.
A perfect option to enjoy Mallorca with friends, party and the best atmosphere of s'Arenal.

This house has air conditioning in the living room and in all the bedrooms.
Sustainable Tourism Tax will be paid at €2.20 per person per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.

First of all It was an absolutely amazing stay in this Finca. The whole communication worked perfectly. The support and the procedure worked trouble-free. The finca is an absolute dream and offers -for party tourists- everything you need. At night, of course, it is louder, but that's what you want. The Pool was top, the finca very well maintained. The boiler is exhausted on day 3. Within 1 hour a technician was there and in the course of the day a new boiler was installed. Incredibly fast response. The high bed is a bit shaky and in the pool house it is very warm, but these are not real criticisms points. Thanks for the great week and the excellent service. We will definitely come back.

Die Finca ist aufgrund der Lage ideal für Partyliebhaber, da man sich direkt hinter dem Bierkönig befindet. Trotz der Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück hat man im Aussenbereich am Pool etwas „Privatsphäre“.
