La spaziosa cucina è completamente attrezzata con una zona pranzo.Se desiderate godervi l'aria aperta, l'area esterna è dotata di mobili, lettini e ombrellone per rilassarvi a bordo piscina, gustando un aperitivo o uno splendido barbecue con i vostri cari. Questa struttura è il luogo ideale per godersi le serate estive.Ses Palmeres è una zona tranquilla, ideale per le famiglie, e si trova a meno di 10 minuti di auto dall'Arenal, la zona turistica per eccellenza di Maiorca. A pochi chilometri di distanza si trovano anche alcune delle migliori spiagge e calette dell'isola. Maison agréable ou il fait bon s'y reposer. Équipement Ok. Portic est présent via what's app et apporte son soutien le cas échéant. Palma est à 15 mn en voiture et la maison se situe sur un axe qui permet de rejoindre les différents spots à voir de Mvedi di più

Seul bémol: les deux portes d'entrée en facade et l'impossibilité de rejoindre l'étage sans passer par l'extérieur. Surement une bonne raison?...

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Haus. Generell war die Kommunikation sehr gut organisiert und sehr unkompliziert. Die kaltgestellten Begrüßungsbierchen waren eine schöne Geste der Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und angvedi di più
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Haus. Generell war die Kommunikation sehr gut organisiert und sehr unkompliziert. Die kaltgestellten Begrüßungsbierchen waren eine schöne Geste der Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Wohnsiedlung. Ein Bus Haltestelle 3 min entfernt fährt stündlich Richtung Palma und Umgebung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles was man während des Aufenthalts benötigt Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Spülmaschine etc..

The place is as advertised it’s about 15 mins from the city center. But being away with quiet surroundings was very nice. There’s lots of cool areas close by. The house was very spacious.

Très belle maison, bien placée. Hyper équipée cim, barbecue, piscine, terrasse privative, micro-onde, four, lave vaisselle, lave linge,n etc. Au calme. Propreté top. Plutôt adaptée aux bébés -pas beaucoup d'objets dangereux-. Seuls bémols la lave-vvedi di più

Seuls bémols la lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait et deux chambres ne pouvaient pas être chauffées l'un des climatiseurs était en panne, une chambre n'avait pas de système de chauffage du tout.

Onder de indruk van de woning. We waren met een groep van 6 personen en er was plaats voor 8, al was dat naar onze mening net iets te krap geweest. Op de foto's zie je slechts 2 badkamers maar er waren er 3, een leuke verrassing. Hele goede service vvedi di più
Onder de indruk van de woning. We waren met een groep van 6 personen en er was plaats voor 8, al was dat naar onze mening net iets te krap geweest. Op de foto's zie je slechts 2 badkamers maar er waren er 3, een leuke verrassing. Hele goede service van begin tot einde door de organisatie, dit was echt een enorm pluspunt. Alles verliep heel vriendelijk, snel en eerlijk in het Engels. Als er iets mis was stond er binnen de 3 uur iemand om het op te lossen. Ze waren ook dag en nacht bereikbaar. De netheid van het gebouw was oké. Je betaalt verplicht een som aan schoonmaakkosten per boeking, maar écht proper was het voor die kost niet. Vooral de keuken -dampkap- en de bedden -stank- waren naar onze mening niet in orde. Wij weten niet wie er voor ons verbleef in het huisje maar als we in het bed liggen willen we die persoon dan ook niet meer ruiken. Deze stank was in alle bedden het geval en eigenlijk het enige dat echt niet oké was. Een reiniging van matrassen kussens en niet enkel nieuw beddengoed is hier wel op zijn plaats. De omgeving zonder auto ben je er niets. Er is een supermarkt en enkele restaurantjes op 4 minuten met de auto maar hiervoor moet je over een drukke baan levensgevaarlijk om te voet / met de fiets te doen. Naar El Arenal strand namen we altijd een taxi, in de avond kostte dit ons gemiddeld 15 euro -nachttarief-. Naar Palma kostte 1 taxi gemiddeld 25 euro -dagtarief-. In de omgeving zijn geen taxi's beschikbaar voor groepen groter dan 4 personen dus je moet er altijd 2 nemen. In het dorpje zelf vind je enkel 1 apotheek en een basketbalveldje naast de deur. Voor de rest enkel mooie villa's. Aqualand is bereikbaar met de bus -of zelfs te voet via een grindpaadje- en is absoluut de moeite waard. Tickets boek je best online voor extra korting. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie, het huisje is zeker de moeite waard

Wir hatten einen wirklichen schönen Aufenthalt in der Finca. Man hat eine super Privatspäre, die Bushaltestelle war eine Querstraße weiter und die Verbindung nach S'Arenal und Palma war problemlos und günstig, mit dem Taxi kann man auch super fahren es ist nur schwierig im Les Palmeras eines zu bekommen, zurück kein Problem, die Unterkunft war wirklich sauber, wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Kühlschrank, da den Vormietern wohl etwas ausgelaufen war und haben diese provisorisch gelöst. Einkaufen kann man im Nebenort. Die Betten sind relativ hart und quietschen aber man ist ja nicht nur zum schlafen da, für den Preis aber voll okay. Für die Frostbeulen unter euch ist es empfehlenswert eine Decke mitzunehmen, da die Bettdecke nur auf einem Laken besteht. Aber alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt den wir wirklich genossen haben.

Das Haus ist etwas älter aber sehr schön und praktisch geschnitten. Die Betten waren etwas klein. Ich würde es dennoch wieder buchen, die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Der Pool sehr schön.

The photos accurately describe the villa, the communication and welcome by the agency was great and made things very easy. We had a great weekend hanging out by the pool in a very quiet and relaxing neighbourhood.

Die Villa hat viel zu bieten und lässt einem dazu noch viel Platz. Man in ist in 10 min in Palma bzw. am Playa de Palma, wenn man mal Party machen will. Ein Mietauto ist jedoch angebracht um einen Supermarkt zu erreichen. Für uns war es perfekt Wir hvedi di più

Sehr saubere, einfach gehaltene und ordentliche Finca. Praktisch wenn man sich ein Auto mietet, aber sicherlich auch gut mit Bus zu erreichen - da dieser dort mehrmals am Tag hält. Zur Palma-Innenstadt benötigt man lediglich 20 Minuten mit dem Auto uvedi di più
Sehr saubere, einfach gehaltene und ordentliche Finca. Praktisch wenn man sich ein Auto mietet, aber sicherlich auch gut mit Bus zu erreichen - da dieser dort mehrmals am Tag hält. Zur Palma-Innenstadt benötigt man lediglich 20 Minuten mit dem Auto und auch der Ballermann ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir hatten einmal den Schlüssel im Haus liegen lassen - doch das Team war innerhalb 20 Minuten da und hat uns aufgeschlossen - sehr nett und freundlich. WCs und Betten sauber - auch die Küche, die alles hatte was man so brauchte. Da wir nicht täglich Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, kann es durchaus möglich sein, dass es im Frühling nachts noch sehr kalt in den Zimmer ist - aber man kann heizen.

Hallo Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Leider hatten wir ein bischen Pech mit dem Wetter , aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war sehr gut, rasche Antworten. Bei unserer Ankunft war ein Schlafzimmer mit Wasser überflutet und konnte leider die ganze Zeit von uns nicht genutzt werden, da es ganz arg nach Moder gemuffelt hat Ein Techniker kam wohl sofort am nächsten Tag um den Defekt zu beheben allerdings war der Gestank die ganze Zeit da Einen dicken MINUS Punkt gibt es von uns für die elektrischen Geräte. Weder Kaffeemaschine noch Wasserkocher gingen, die Crew hat uns am nächsten Tag sofort einen Ersatz gebracht aber das müsste vorher getestet werden Auch der Ofen löste jeden Tag Kurzschlüsse aus, was uns zusätzlich Geld gekostet hat da wir Essen gehen mussten und nicht wie wir es wollten uns selbst versorgen Verbesserungsvorschlag bezüglich der Betten , Bettwäsche die man zuknöpfen kann hätte uns die nächtliche Jagd nach dem Bettzeug erspart Die Grösse der Betten , naja ... uns war es einfach zu eng Ansonsten alles da Geschirr , Besteck usw. Die Lage war super ruhig und trotzdem in der Nähe vom Strand Ein Auto unabdingbar Aus diesem Grund ein GUT von uns und bestimmt bis bald
