Fantastica proprietà situata a Badia Blava, in una tranquilla zona residenziale. L'alloggio di 190 m2 dispone di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno indimenticabile.
La terrazza solarium è una delle caratteristiche principali della proprietà, con una grande piscina, una zona barbecue e uno spazio all'aperto per gustare i pasti estivi. Questa proprietà è stata progettata per il divertimento di tutta la famiglia.

Dispone di 4 spaziose camere da letto climatizzate, di cui una con spogliatoio e bagno privato e un'altra con accesso diretto al balcone con vista sulla baia. Inoltre, c'è 1 bagno e un'ulteriore toilette. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari e un fornello a gas.

La fermata dell'autobus più vicina (31113) dista 150 metri a piedi. La fermata dell'autobus collega a Palma in circa 50 minuti con la linea 504Tolleric. Nonostante la presenza di questa struttura, si consiglia di noleggiare un'auto per un soggiorno ottimale in questa zona.

Last Sunday I returned with my family 7 persons from Mallorca. We stayed in this amazing, huge house. It is very neat and well cared for. All basic items are available. I have often experienced that you have to go straight to the supermarket for the basic things and that was not the case here. Garden The covered very large terrace is adjacent to the garden. The garden is very neat and tidy and there is a bbq available. The pool is quite large for a private pool. My daughters love to swim and occasionally took a dip, but the cold water didn't keep them in it for long. But in the middle of summer it will be wonderful to swim / play in the large pool. Kitchen, living room, utility room On the ground floor you will find these rooms. You feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedrooms / Bathrooms The bedrooms have the most amazing beds. The mattresses sleep wonderfully. The bathrooms are very spacious and very clean. In short: we really enjoyed the house and it is highly recommended.

The house is huge & spacious

We stayed at Casa Mar Blava for 8 nights and had an amazing time. The house is huge & spacious and has all the necessary amenities for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all essential utensils, pans & pots and there was more than enough utility supplies such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs/detergents etc. for the duration of our stay, which we found really helpful as many houses we have rented earlier usually give just to last a couple of days and then we have to buy our own. They also provided lots of spare sheets & towels in case we wanted a change. The pool area is beautiful, great for families & children & perfect to cool down & unwind after a day out in the sun. We had lot of fun in the pool and enjoyed dinner / drinks in the outside area and the terrace. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms had AC plus the lounge, but that wasn’t a problem for us as it was just 3 of us staying and we only used 2 bed rooms. They did provide a fan which can be used in one of the other bedrooms. The house is located in a quiet residential area and we would definitely recommend hiring a car. There's a big supermarket about 5 mins drive. the Location is ideal for Palma and the airport 20 mins away. It is close to the coast and have some amazing views within a few minutes’ walk and also from the balcony upstairs. The closest sandy beach is about 12 mins drive S'Arenal and few other beautiful beaches within 30-40 mins drive. The owners were friendly, easily reachable and responded promptly to any questions we had. They also gave some good recommendations for things to do and see on the island. The only additional thing that we would have liked, was some light blankets, as with the AC on at night, it did get a bit chilly and without the AC, it was too hot to sleep! The owners did offer to provide them if we thought we needed them, but we just decided not to bother them and managed with the spare sheets. Overall we had a lovely time. We would love to go back & would definitely recommend this beautiful house for a relaxing Majorcan holiday.

Super tolles Haus, extrem sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind ein Traum. Vor allem praktisch ist der Wintergarten, in dem man abends noch lange sitzen kann, unabhängig vom Wetter. Das einzige Manko war das Wlan, welches nicht bis in den Wintergarten und die Terrasse/ Pool reicht aber das ist ein minimaler Kritikpunkt. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass man in diesem Ort unbedingt auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen ist. Jederzeit wieder! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub dort.

The house is great! I rented out for our friends holiday and we enjoyed it very much, specially the pool. The kitchen is quite complete with all accessories. The rooms were spacious, and well equipped as well. Also the location is very good if you are renting a car. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has a supermarket 2 min and 5 min away by car. Also very close to Palma, 20min drive to the city center and very near to a very good (rocky) beach in Mallorca, Platja de Maiores. Totally recommend it. We found only 2 challenges. The first one was that there was AC only in 2 of the 4 rooms and it was quite hot during the nights (in August). The other one was with the wifi, which didn't have the same signal quality in different parts of the housenone. Me and my friends completely recommend it.

Very nice house and big pool. Perfect for family with children. Everything was even better than the pictures, very clean and nice. The communication with the host was fast and easy. And we had all the things we needed in the kitchen to make a great dinner. The house is fully equipped and there is more than enough service for 10 people. We would differently recommend this house to others and come again some day.

Wir waren 8 Tage zu Gast in der schönen kleinen Villa. Es war eine schöner Urlaub ob hat an nichts gefällt es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bilder und wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Die Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit, hatten auch super Tipps und einige Empfehlungen für schöne Orte auf der Insel. Wir waren rund um zu Frieden mit der Unterkunft gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme, nous avons profité pleinement des vacances. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, la piscine est magnifique et il y a une douche en exterieur, la véranda très agréable, le salon de jardin, la pergola et le barbecue sont parfaits. Nous avons apprécié les 2 chambres climatisés et le salon. L'idéal serait d'avoir les 4 chambres climatisées. Merci et à bientôt

Понравилось все. Очень добродушные хозяева, с которыми можно решить все вопросы. Отличное месторасположение. Большой дом с бассейном, в доме есть все необходимое. Недалеко есть магазины -Eroski через две улицы- и ресторанчики. Машину арендовать обязательно, чтоб объехать весь остров . Двое маленьких детей были в восторге. Мы вернемся туда снова.Не совсем удобно, что рядом нет пляжа с песком. Но это не проблема, если есть машина.

Gracias Todo funcionó bien. La casa era preciosa y la descripción muy precisa. Desde cierto momento, el check-in cuesta 50 euros adicionales. Sin embargo, nada se menciona en la descripción. La comunicación con el chat funcionó bien. Algo demasiado complicado Formitäten después de la reserva -información de pase, número de vuelo, tiempo de vuelo, etc., para casi todos los huéspedes- aire acondicionado en 2 de 4 habitaciones. Fantástica piscina y estacionamiento justo afuera de la puerta principal tiene que ser suficiente. Volvería a reservar. Podría posponer espontáneamente nuestro check-out por 2 horas.

Thank u so much. The house is amazing. Loved everything about it. Nice location. Clean and shiny. Nice rooms. Perfect for families. The pool was clean and perfect. And the outside area was beautyful and cosy. There is a big supermarket right abross the street with everything and the price is good. I cant complain about anything. All in all a perfect stay and I would definitely go back. I recomand this house. Lovely host and she answered my questions right away. Perfect

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed. The house is magical, located on a quiet street near the water and the views are breathtaking. Our host was so welcoming, and provided us with everything we could possibly need. The house was fully stocked with all necessities and it’s clear that a lot of thought goes into making sure guests are comfortable. The house is decorated with superb taste, and is very well kept. The only problem is that you won’t want to leave I can’t recommend this place enough, it is a slice of perfection. When I’m back to the hustle and grind of life in NYC, I will visualize this palace as my “happy place.”

It was really an outstanding wonderful stay at this property. The House and swimming pool were clean, the view from balcony of bedroom was breath-taking, utilities and amenities were available. The Owners were really friendly and kind. Regardless of Language barrier 5 stars could be given. In addition the online booking process was a little bit complicated and hectic, this is why i give only 4 Stars.
