Die Villa Tossals ist eine sehr schöne Villa. Der Strand ist sehr nah und auch die Partymeile ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. An der Ecke ist ein kleiner Sparmarkt, wo wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen kaufen konnten und ein großer Supermarkt befindetvedi di più
Die Villa Tossals ist eine sehr schöne Villa. Der Strand ist sehr nah und auch die Partymeile ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. An der Ecke ist ein kleiner Sparmarkt, wo wir jeden Morgen frische Brötchen kaufen konnten und ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.Der Service ist einwandfrei, kleine Mängel wurden sofort beseitigt und wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir haben den privaten Transfer genutzt, den der Vermieter anbietet, das hat toll funktioniert. Die Nachbarn waren etwas ungehalten, obwohl wir wirklich keine Party veranstaltet haben in der Villa und auch nicht sonderlich laut waren haben sie sich beschwert und wollten die Polizei rufen. Das war echt unnötig.Wir werden trotzdem diese Villa nochmal buchen, weil wir sie so schön fanden und sie ist wirklich empfehlen.

Das Haus besitzt alles was man benötigt, es ist auch ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die vielen Badezimmer sind auch ein großer Vorteil. Einziges Manko die Betten im Haus sind sehr schlecht. Wenn man Morgens wach wird hat man das Gefühl man liegt auf devedi di più
Das Haus besitzt alles was man benötigt, es ist auch ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Die vielen Badezimmer sind auch ein großer Vorteil. Einziges Manko die Betten im Haus sind sehr schlecht. Wenn man Morgens wach wird hat man das Gefühl man liegt auf dem Boden, weil man über Nacht sehr tief einsinkt. Ich freu mich schon auf mein Bett. Man ist in 5min am Meer oder im Megapark. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt der aber sehr teuer ist. In ca. 500m ist ein spanischer Supermarkt der günstige ist und alles im Angebot hat.

Важно отметить, что лучше виллу с 6-ю спальнями с таким расположением, скорее всего не найти. Отличная территория виллы, красивые сосны, пальмы. Можно найти и тень и место чтобы позагарать. Verbesserungsbedürftig ist der Gartenbereich der letztes Jahr deutlich schöner gestaltet war. Dieses Jahr war ein Teil des Gartens mit einer provisorischen Absperrung aus Flatterband abgetrennt. Zusätzlich gab es zwei alte durchnässte verschimmelte Rvedi di più
Verbesserungsbedürftig ist der Gartenbereich der letztes Jahr deutlich schöner gestaltet war. Dieses Jahr war ein Teil des Gartens mit einer provisorischen Absperrung aus Flatterband abgetrennt. Zusätzlich gab es zwei alte durchnässte verschimmelte Rattanliegen im Garten wo man sich nichtd rauflegen konnte. Die normalen Sonnenliegen aus Kunststoff sind auch in die Jahre gekommen und könnten getauscht werden. Und die Unterkunft wird jetzt leider jedes Jahr deutlich teurer. Wir überlegen uns gerade ob wir uns das in 2020 überhaupt noch einmal leisten wollen.

Die Lage der Finca war wie Online beschrieben in sehr schnell erreichbarer Strandnähe. Unser Feriendomizil war sehr gepflegt und es war ausreichend räumliche Fläche verfügbar. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten -Selbstversorger- waren ausreichend vorhanden, auch die Möglichkeit zur Fahrzeuganmietung. Gern empfehlen wir die Finca weiter.

In general, it is a nice place. We especially appreciated the fact that the early check-in and late check-out was not a problem for the manager of the villa - super nice The house was clean and prepared for our arrival. The management of the villa was very friendly and responsive - communicating in very good English. The location is excellent - very close to practically everything in El Arenal. There were some minor issues with i.e. water and heating but the manager of the villa fixed everything promptly and we were happy with the outcome. All in all, we had a good time and a good experience in the villa.

Now regarding the things we didn't like There was a camera monitoring the entrance **inside** of the house which we found a bit offputting. This single camera is monitoring mainly the stairway and the main entrance BUT mind that there is also one bathroom and one bedroom in its vicinity. Unfortunately, like many houses in that area, this one too is rather old which has some drawbacks low water pressure, a little bit outdated/uncomfortable furniture inside of the villa i.e. poor quality wooden chairs in the living room. Additionally, barely any electric sockets -extenders were not available in the villa- which made using electric equipment i.e. computers, tea maker and coffee maker at the same time a bit of a drag - we were 8 people. The house rules -no music, no guests, etc.- and additional charges were uncleara bit mixed up at the beginning and not mentioned in the description of the listing. For instance there is an additional fee if you extend electricity/heating consumption quota. Some of it is included in the fee, but some of it is not -this additional deposit it is not optional-. The confusion emerged when though we paid for over-consumption upfront we had to additionally ask for the heating to be enabled. It is also very difficult to control your consumption -gas bottles-, so all of this seemed a bit not transparent and shabby, because of this, at this very moment we are not sure if we over-consumed and if the 100 EUR over-consumption deposit be returned.
