This fantastic villa located in an exclusive area of Mallorca offers accommodation for up to 10 guests. This particularly attractive property has large spaces that allow guests to enjoy privacy without leaving an urbanised area with all the services.
The property has an above-ground swimming pool with sunbeds to relax in, as well as a barbecue where guests can enjoy their time with friends in the open air. The villa also has outdoor parking for up to 10 cars and covered parking for 1 vehicle. The interior of the villa offers 280m2 distributed over 2 spacious floors, with 5 large bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms. It also has a bright living room, a large dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen. For the little ones in the house, there is a cot and high chair available.
At 1 km from the property begins the tourist centre of Arenal, with a great variety of commercial establishments, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the famous Mediterranean cuisine. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common rooms. It does not have heating, although the air conditioners have a heat pump for the winter.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

The house was perfect. The check-in was good and simple. The rooms where nice and the poolside also. Perfect to stay with a group of 7a bit more! It was not very clean and hygienic. The communication is very good so I could recommend staying here.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist wirklich super. Die Villa ist riesig. Man hat große Schlaf- und Badezimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche (d.h. Geschirr, Gewürze, Pfannen etc.). Wir waren zu acht da und hatten wirklich ausreichend Platz. Sogar im Wohnzimmer ist eine Couch, auf der es sich gemütlich schlafen lässt. Die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls riesig und damit für große Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Man hat sogar einen Grill und Bierbänke, sodass man es sich draußen gemütlich machen kann. Der Außenpool ist ebenfalls sauber und angenehm warm. Die Villa ist etwa 25 Gehminuten vom Ballermann und ca. eine halbe Stunde vom Strand entfernt, was ganz in Ordnung war (ein wenig Sport schadet ja nicht :) ). Die Lage ist somit auch ganz in Ordnung. Man hat nach rechts eine nette Nachbarin und nach links nur Feld, da man "am Ende der Straße" wohnt. Für den Preis ist die Villa also wirklich gut!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber läuft einwandfrei. Die Lage der Villa ermöglicht zum Einen Ruhe, zum Anderen aber auch ein gewisses Maß an Freiheit, um sich auszutoben D Zum Ballermann 6 muss man allerdings eine halbe Stunde Fußmarsch rechnen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen Sehr geräumiges Haus mit einem großem Grundstück und einem Pool. Das Haus war sauber und der Check in verlief problemlos. Mir wurde im Voraus ein Code mitgeteilt wo ich den Hausschlüssel erhielt. Neben dem Haus gab es nur einen Nachbar. Ansonsten ist neben dem Haus ein großes Feld. Man konnte somit am Pool ohne Probleme Musik hören.

Wir waren einfach nur begeistert Wir waren zu sechst in dieser Finca und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Küche war unglaublich gut ausgestattet -Mixer, Töpfe, Orangen-Presse..- und die Außenanlage super, um das schöne Wetter zu genießen. Per Mail und über -Hidden by Airbnb- konnten schnelle Informationen ausgetauscht werden und auch ein früherer Check-in wurde möglich gemacht. Zum Bierkönig etc konnte sowohl gelaufen werden als auch für wenig Geld ein Taxi bezahlt werden. Fazit Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen
