Outside, the house features a terrace with a barbecue and a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good weather.

This house has air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms. The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of €2 per person and per night of stay. Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax. All bedding is provided, along with one set of bath towels and beach towels for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the rest of the neighbours must be respected. Please keep noise levels down to avoid causing disturbance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
