All bookings include free running water, €50’s worth of electricity per booking and, during the winter season and where the property has it, €50’s worth of non-electric heating (oil, gas or propane).

All properties have internal or external meters, which are accessible and can be checked by the guest. The rate for additional consumption is €0.35/kWh. This house has air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and in the living room, although any additional fans required can be made available to the guest. The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night’s stay (10% VAT included).

Children under 16 are exempt from this tax. All bed linen is provided, along with a set of bath towels and beach towels for each guest. Please note that this villa is situated in a residential area and guests must respect the neighbours’ peace and quiet. Please keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid causing a disturbance. For this reason, parties and the use of loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
