This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating, although all air conditioners have a heat pump. The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of €2 per person per night of stay. Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax. Bed linen is provided, one set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.
