All bookings include free consumption of tap water, €50 of electricity per reservation, and in winter (if available) €50 of non-electric consumption (heating by oil, gas, or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the guest. Additional consumption is charged at €0.35/kWh.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 are exempt from this tax.
Bed linen, one set of bath towels, and beach towels per guest are provided.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and neighbors’ rest must be respected. Noise should be kept to a minimum. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly prohibited.
