Description
Fantastic property with private above ground swimming pool and a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun and a quiet environment, surrounded by both mountains and sea, located in the port area of Sóller. The outdoor spaces are great to share time with family and friends, watch the sunset preparing a barbecue with a good Spanish wine, which will make of your holidays an unforgettable experience.
The house consists features two floors. In the lower area, a living room, kitchen and dining room. It features air conditioning throughout the property. This property, has been recently refurbished and nicely decorated with a typical Mallorcan style. The fully equipped kitchen is an important point to highlight in this beautiful property. On the second floor we find a master bedroom with an ensuite private bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, accessible directly from the living room. This property also has 2 private parking spaces, so you will have no problems with the parking in the area.
"Es Través" is a peaceful residential area with the perfect combination of sea and mountains. On the seafront you will find shops and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Spanish food. Just a few metres away you can also enjoy one of the typical attractions of the island, the historic wooden tram that will take you to the town of Sóller and the city center of Palma. In this area of the island a rental car is recommended, the port is accessed through the Sóller tunnel, which since January 2018 is completely free.
Another highlight is the restaurant that is next to the property, being a must and highly recommended for its quality, its meals and service.
Transportation: less than 700 meters from the property identified the bus stop 211 that after a 40-minute trip will leave you in the center of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,00€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Everything is nice and great. It might an overstatement to call it a pool. The restaurant close by is noisy until 12. Lovely having lemons in the in garden. Close to the beach.

als suggestie zou ik een gastenboek neerleggen om het huis wat persoonlijker te maken, misschien een flesje wijn en water voor de gastvrijheid een kleine geste, een groot gebaar. Ik denk dat de gasten netter met een huis omgaan als het persoonlijker see more
