Description
Located in El Arenal, this traditional Mallorcan style rustic house is situated in a quiet area, close to the beach and the leisure area, where you can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
With a living area of 120 square metres, this property has six spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. All five bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, and the living room also has a fireplace and comfortable armchairs around it.
Outside the house there is a generous swimming pool and a garden area with sunbeds to enjoy the sun. There is also a furnished area to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue or in the wood oven.
To get to the city centre, there are regular bus lines less than 500 metres away, such as line 25, which in just 15 minutes will drop you off in a very central area of Palma.

All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in three bedrooms and in the living room, when necessary fans will be provided to guests. There is no central heating but all air conditioners have heat pump mode.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Stayed from the 11th - 17th April 2018. We enjoyed our stay at this villa, mainly because it’s about the company you keep. There were many things that were not satisfactory in this villa, as shown below. 1. Electricity cutting off most nights. - This caused our food to go off on multiple occasions, therefore having to go back to the store and buy new food. When contacting the agents about this, they were less than sympathetic, receiving no form of compensation. 2. Not made aware of barking dogs presence on the premises. - My friend is afraid of dogs, therefore was not happy with this. On multiple occasions, the dog wondered into the villa through the bushes, which my friend was frightened about. 3. Showers constantly going cold. - When taking a shower, the water will go cold for approximately 1-2mins every 1-2mins. This was not pleasant, having to wait for the water to go hot again every time this occurred. 4. Sink water tastes like sweat. - I don’t know whether this is specific to the villawhether it’s just Mallorca, however, the sink water tastes horrible. When brushing your teeth and having showers, the water would seap into your mouth and is not nice. 5. Dishwasher doesn’t work. - No point in using this amenity as it doesn’t clean the dishes properly at all. 6. Communication with the Agents - Communication with the agents were generally ok, however, when contacting them about things we were discontent about, they would read the message and choose not to respond. Not good customer service. 7. Cleaning Charge is overly excessive. - €300 for cleaning fees. I don’t understand this because the contract states you must clean the property before you leave. 8. Location - About a 10-15min from the Arenal strip. Decent location, secluded, however, i highly recommend renting a car. 9. Exposed Wires - Wires are exposed at the tv socket, which pose a safety hazard. Must be fixed 10. Outdoor Bath Tub & Swimming Poo -Website hidden by Airbnb- Outdoor bath tub not in use anymore Not made aware in the advertisement. Also, the pool was not clean. Overall, I would not recommend this villa, unless you spend the vast majority of your days exploring Mallorca -which I highly recommend So many beautiful places to see and great things to do-.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa can Tanca because you are on your own and nothing else is around you except a horse farm...its still near enough to places you need to go like evening activities, beachsuper market...and I highly recommand the restsee more

Nice property and clean. Pool is nice even though the small one doesn‘t work. Everything is pretty old and broken here and there but it didn‘t disturb us because everything was clean. There are horses and a dog on the other side of the property but ysee more

There are horses and a dog on the other side of the property but you don‘t hearsee anything from them. Good located outside the city so yoh don’t hear anything but you need 20 minutes to get to the party center and the road is very dark without lights. The communication was really really bad I used the -Hidden by Airbnb- chat with them. Had to wait 1/2 days for the answer and they just answered half of it..

Leider bellen sie manchmal ohne Grund. Da Pferde sich direkt am Haus befinden, ist es für Allergiker ein Risiko

In der oberen Etage befinden sich zwei DZ und ein EZ mit einem Bad, in der unteren Etage gelangt man durch den Wohnraum in 2 weitere DZ Bad, das Dreibettzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse. Großer Außenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Pool mit Liegen und Grillplatz. Uns hat die Unterkunft gut gefallen und können diese weiterempfehlen

Die Finca liegt von der Höhe her ungefähr bei Ballermann 8, zu Fuß ist man in gut 10-15 Minuten am Bierkönig und im Umfeld rund 1 km entfernt ist ein großer Mercadona-Supermarkt mit angenehmen Preisen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, draußen kann entspannt gegrillt werden und der Pool ist wirklich sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Finca selbst liegt auf einem Pferdehof, auf dem auch öfter Betrieb herrscht, allerdings hatten wir keinen Ärger mit den Nachbarn oder Ähnliches. Das Umfeld ist eher ruhig, die direkten Nachbarn haben aber mehrere hundert Meter Abstand zum Objekt würde ich sagen. Mit 11 Leuten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können diese für Touristen in El Arenal wärmstens empfehlen, insbesondere wer sich selbst versorgt und kein Bock auf Betten-Hochburgen mit Dauer-Beschallung hat.
