This impressive finca of 4.500m2 with private pool is located in Son Sardina, a short distance from Palma and with excellent connections to all the roads of the island, both by bus and metro.
This property stands out for its enormous private swimming pool, as well as for the ample barbecue area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying an unforgettable holiday. At the entrance of the villa, you will find a large and spacious living-dining room with 4 bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It also has 2 complete bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and garden. As a main feature, it has air conditioning (hot/cold) in the whole property. In addition, it has excellent connections by road or motorway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several sandy beaches less than 10km away.
The small village of Son Sardina is only 100 metres away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and other shops. This villa is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in common areas and bedrooms, but no heating.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Hi I think everything worked well. The check-in was easy, the House was very very good, cleaning of the house was good aswell and finally you have great communication answering all our questions :) Location is a bit outside of palma so renting a car see more

We loved this place. It was like having our own Finca with large grounds and great pool. Quiet, peaceful but only 5 min walk to village which has supermarket, bakery , bars etc. Very easy to get to Palma by bustrain and we loved the village too - no see more

Die Kommunikation besonders im Vorfeld ist super. Leider nimmt das und die Beseitigung von Mängeln am Objekt mit Beginn des Aufenthalts ab. Der Whirlpool war kaputt, einige Teller nicht richtig gespült und der Pool wurde nicht gereinigt. Das ist sehrsee more
